



1. Preheat air fryer to 325F.
2. Whisk together the egg, yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
3. Using a glass or small bowl, lightly press bottom into breakfast bread to make a small well in the middle of the slices.
4. Add bread to air fryer basket and carefully pour ¼ cup of mixture into each slice of bread. Top with lightly mashed blackberries.
5. Air fry bread for 7-10 minutes, or until bread is lightly toasted and custard is set. Enjoy!
